Imprinting: Price includes one color of imprint on one side on 10 or 30 mil white stock. Add P to style code for punch card. (Ex. DC101 becomes DC101P)
Set-Up Charge: Add $35.00(V) for each side and/or color. Reorder set-ups add $12.50(V) per side/per color.
Additional Colors: Add $.40(P) per unit for each additional color.
Consecutive Numbering: Add $.40(P) per unit.
Colored Cards: Add $.30(P) per unit.
Art: $31.25(V) minimum if not camera-ready.
Minimum Order: 100 units.
Packaging: Bulk
